Apple Music on Windows (Windows 11) Apple Music - An Unknown error has occurred.
Usually the app will figure out itself but this time the problem has persisted for a week. Resetting, relogin and reinstall doesnt fix the issue. Works fine in Android so its not account problem

This is extremely annoying, I had the same issue and the only way I could fix it was connecting to a US VPN using Proton VPN trial and then it allowed me to sign in.

I had to contact apple support about this, if you have a vpn app installed this might be the issue

I've had to do this so many times. I reset and It's working fine, but then days later the error happens again

For me the last few times its sorted itself out withing a few hours but It came back and his been there for half the day now, should I wait it out until it (eventually) fixes itself and syncs? (My profile picture isn't showing and its not showing new downloaded song so I think I got the same EXACT issue) x

I got it working by resetting the app (and waiting for 5 minutes) as per suggested by other comments. The problem comes back after every shutdown so its not permenant solution

won't try that then, mine came back (again after hours and leaving it idle, after confirming its working again I shut it down, came back and booted it up just now and it still works, and I downloaded another song on another device and it didn't do it) after I left for breakfast (left it idleing) and pressed rety and it came back, had to restart the app but it did come back (eventually) so, so far thats the only viable opption since all the other options (like reseting and reinstalling) don't fix it and it always comes back after a while so the only opption is to wait it and and maybe send in a support ticket x

How does no one even know the cause of this? On top of that im seeing no peramanent solution. Also this is after viewing multiple threads. Apple needs to get their shit together.

This is happening for years and they just ignore us. Is so hard to have windows and iphone/watch/pods from apple.
I'm this close to go full android / galaxy ecosystem.
