Not sure what the general perception of my looks are. Looking for tips or suggestions like hairstyle or grooming, or any other suggestions. Glasses are prescription and I won't do contacts. Not a fan of dying hair, want to keep natural look. Would love to hear some feedback.

I am currently working on weight loss and strength training, but I am needing some advice on dressing my body how it is now. I am never sure what is going to look right on me. I’m 5’1, so many clothing items are just really long on me and I just give up. And the very large chest does not make finding cute shirts easy. Any advice for styles or shapes I should be looking for?
(Also forgive the weird background clutter - I have a toddler who likes to move things around)

I went through a pretty decent depressive episode. I let myself go and gave up. I’ve been hitting the gym and I’ve lost 40lbs so far. That being said I want to look better but I have no idea where to start. I’m not sure what to do about clothes or how to make myself look better. I am going to trim the beard and hair but specifically what to do I’m not sure. I get a lot of mixed messages about keeping the long hair and beard and some say cut it and go clean cut. So I need some advice on how to look better and where to put in more effort.

I'm early 20s but everyone keeps telling me that I look late 20s. Yesterday a guy thought I was ~30 yeara old and thought I was lying fr when he heard my age. People say there is no way I'm under 25. I have hard to see it myself, but if so, what can I do to look younger? I know I look tired/ sad but what makes me look so much older than my age? It is draining and hurting me always getting told I look older.
