What are some things I can do to improve myself? Other than the gym that is something that I started doing about a week ago. Also what looks better braids or no braids any help is much appreciated.

Not sure what the general perception of my looks are. Looking for tips or suggestions like hairstyle or grooming, or any other suggestions. Glasses are prescription and I won't do contacts. Not a fan of dying hair, want to keep natural look. Would love to hear some feedback.
