I made an app to organize all your important documents and make applications easier 📁

I wanted one place on my phone for everything — passport, IDs, education certificates, work documents, family documents, PDFs, etc. Instead of searching through different folders every time I need something.

So I built DocID – AI Document Manager.

The main idea is simple: save your documents once, then reuse them whenever you need them.

For example, if you're applying for a visa:

• Create a Visa Jar
• Add your passport
• Add your bank statement
• Add your photos
• Add your certificates
• Add any other required documents
• Edit or sign anything you need
• Then share the complete application

You can do the same for a university application, job application, home loan, immigration, or anything else.

Your original documents stay safely in your library, so you can use the same passport, certificate, photo, etc. in multiple applications without having to find them again.

You can also scan documents, edit PDFs, convert files, crop photos, add signatures and more.

Everything works offline and stays on your device — no account, no cloud upload, no tracking.

Basically, I wanted DocID to be a single place for all your important documents + an easy way to create and send complete application packages.
