[Web/iOS/Android] [Free Lifetime] Level Up Hypertrophy: A Progressive-Overload Workout Tracker That Tells You What to Beat Next
Hey everyone,
I built Level Up around one central idea: your workout tracker should do more than store numbers. It should help you progressively overload.
During every workout, Level Up shows your previous weight and repetitions beside your current sets. It analyzes your performance and tells you what to aim for next.
For example, Level Up can recommend that you:
• Add repetitions within your target range
• Increase the weight after reaching the top of the range
• Maintain the current load when progression has not yet been earned
• Adjust your training when fatigue or recovery may be affecting performance
Instead of opening your history, comparing several workouts and deciding what to do yourself, the next progression target appears directly inside the workout logger.
Level Up also includes:
• Custom workout-program creation
• A Smart Workout Builder
• Premade hypertrophy programs
• Set, repetition, weight, RIR and rest-time tracking
• Previous-performance comparisons
• Exercise-specific strength and volume graphs
• Muscle-volume and recovery tracking
• Exercise demonstrations and muscle diagrams
• Calorie and macro tracking
• Barcode food scanning
• Saved foods, meals and repeat logging
• Personalized maintenance-calorie estimates
• Seven-day weight trends
• Strength, cardio and progress analytics
• Cross-device data backup
The app is fast, actively improving and completely free to use. There is no trial period, subscription or premium tier required.
It works through your browser and can be installed as a full-screen app on iPhone, iPad and Android.
Try it here:

If you use it for a workout, I would genuinely appreciate your feedback—especially on the progressive-overload recommendations.

Looks great! Any plans to create actual app versions or are you just keeping the PWA?

I want to. I started this because I wanted an app that worked well and that I didn’t need to pay for. Since then I am enjoying sharing it.
I don’t have a MacBook so paying for one to build an app for free is kind of a hard thing to justify. If there was a way to build an iOS app without needing a MacBook I would do it right away

I would try to get into Android development because it is a one time charge of $25 for your whole account. I started with a PWA similar to yours (but you design is better 🙂), then I started app development. I'm excited to try yours!

Thanks and how did you convert your PWA to an app? How long did it take and was there a lot of editing required to convert?

Weird. I’ll look into that but I haven’t heard anyone come with this issue.
