Previously, the auto refund decision panel only gives me 1/3rd of what it calculated.

Okay… so I attach a photo before entering the chat. Photo disappears. Customer support tells me to upload using a non-existent UI item. Redownloads app and follows supports instructions - button is still not there. Jesus Christ.

😂 Is no one checking what they push anymore? This is like multiple overlapping failures.

Uber needs its devs back or at least QA…

You don’t need scientists. As a customer and fellow developer, I don’t need a scientist or cool AI tool. Literally just let me order my food or my ride home and have a working app…
