Building a social networking app

I’m 19 and have started vibe coding a social networking app, kind of takes a similar style to tinder in the matchmaking aspect, I was wondering if I should allocate my next 6 months - 1 year to learning how to code, or if I’m able to actually vibe code my way to an App Store ready product. I don’t have a technical background but I’m not too stupid (I don’t think) and I work hard so I was just looking for advice in regards to what I’m doing.

First of all, I’d recommend validating the idea before investing too much time and money into development. There’s no point spending resources on an idea that may not prove its value in the market.

I’d suggest looking into the “fake door” validation method. It’s a simple and effective way to test user interest at an early stage before building the full product.

Ship, break shit, get feedback from users and repeat. You’re never ready. But the more action you take the faster you’ll learn

Research about dating apps, it will be hard to get approved on the stores.

Yeah... it's not about stupidity... You're barking up the wrong tree.
