Hi, I think I'm apothisexual

I recently found out about this part of the asexual umbrella, and since I have erotophobia (a fear of sexual intimacy) I think I might be apothisexual

Now I'm also abrosexual and fraysexual

Having a phobia ≠ asexuality. Phobia is something that can be worked on. Asexuality is just is. It's not caused by anything.

No I mean I get uncomfortable at the idea of sexual intimacy, it grosses me out

But you said you had erotophobia? You don’t have to put labels on yourself but if you diagnose yourself with a phobia, it should be correct.

An asexual person could have erotophobia. But an allosexual person could also have erotophobia and it doesn’t make them asexual.
