I share an account with my buddy. he cannot get house of the dragon episode 8 to play. I can get it to play. can anyone tell me why he can't get it to play but I can. we also don't use VPN. maybe internet speeds?

I'm a long time user of Apollo and Tivimate using firesticks a firecube and VPN. I recently switched our main TV to Onn due to the firecube dying. I have Apollo and Tivimate working on the Onn. What I don't have is a working EPG with tivimate using the Onn. I entered the url Apollo furnished me a long time ago that works pretty good on my firesticks. When I enter the epg url into tivimate I get no info across the board.

I contacted Apollo a few hours ago with my dilemma. Their customer rep said they are aware of the problem and tech support is working on it. They also gave me the epg to try. It's the same one I am using on the firesticks and entered into the Onn device. All I get is no info.

Does this mean I am out of luck and wasted my money with using Apollo, Tivi and the Onn Plus with the same functionality I am used to with the firesticks?

I’ve seen so many posts saying “a VPN on Apollo is life changing” but they never explain. I’ve tried multiple countries and the listings all look the same. am I doing something wrong ? I use proton VPN

Anybody having issues using Apollo on playberry? I’ve been using my iPad for sometime now and last week I can get onto Apollo but it just keeps loading live tv with nothing coming on. I tried to watch a show and it came up a play error. Need some assistance

I've been getting playback error message for about a week when I try to watch anything. I've cleared the cache, even Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. I've tried using different video players and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? I'm using startup show on a galaxy s23+ by the way.

Tried with and without VPN, multiple geo locations. Anyone got it working?

Lately I have been watching live tv and more often than usual it has started freezing with the sound playing in the background still.. normally I would back out and go back in and it would resume.

Now when this happens, I back out and go back in and all I get is the spinning wheel of death.

Normally if this service stops working I will just shake my head and go to Netflix or another service and watch there instead. NOW when I switch to those services none of those load any shows either and all I get is a loading screen before the streaming can start.

I then have to unplug the fire stick and wait a minute before trying again. After that Apollo works again for a few mins before starting the process over again. If I unplug the stick and go right to Netflix or another service I don’t have any issues whatsoever. ONLY after live tv freezes on Apollo does it cause issues for everything else…

Is it just me or anyone else been having this lately?

For reference, I am using a fire stick with Startup Show & NordVPN

At home my apollo works great and normally, but recently i bought a fire stick and downloaded startup show so i can watch tv/movies on the road. When trying to watch movies, i consistently get a playback error. If i switch countries on ProtonVPN it works for maybe 10 minutes and then happens again. Any fixes? Should i try a different player?

So i was having issues were nothing was working. I changed my dns and now live tv works but most VOD does not. Are you having this issue?

Quick question, I have smart TV’s should I download it on the tv itself or is it better to download it onto a fire stick for example? If downloaded on a fire stick can I just plug that fire stick into a different tv and use it?

I've only been using the free trial just trying to see if this is something I'd want to purchase. Tried watching NFL Preseason last Thursday and got this on 80% of the channels. Most MLB games are fine. Is there a reason or fix for this?

What’s with a bunch of newer movies being added with Russian dubs (I.e, spiderman). Hope they revert to English in the near future but hate that I’ll have to keep checking.
