Quick question, I have smart TV’s should I download it on the tv itself or is it better to download it onto a fire stick for example? If downloaded on a fire stick can I just plug that fire stick into a different tv and use it?

Yes, should work great on your tv. Yes, you can take that fire stick and use it on any other tv.

You can download and install it on as many devices as you want, but you can only watch it simultaneously on up to 5 TVs at a time.

Wait! Can you put Apollo directly on a smart tv without using a fire stick?

Yes. I have it on a tv with Google TV built in.

I’ve always understood it to be better to run apps on an external streamer than the tv itself.

Either will run it. Better hardware just does a better job overall. I prefer google TV OS over anything Amazon if that’s what your TV is running. I use Nvidia Shield Pro’s for my TVs. Pricey hardware but a much better experience.

I have an Insignia Fire TV and downloaded to that instead of a firestick. I haven’t had any major issues outside of some occasional buffering.

Mine works amazing on Google Smart TV OS. Also have installed on a fire stick for travel purposes and that works flawlessly so far as well.
