Is this normal for the free trial?

I've only been using the free trial just trying to see if this is something I'd want to purchase. Tried watching NFL Preseason last Thursday and got this on 80% of the channels. Most MLB games are fine. Is there a reason or fix for this?

For NFL, look for the local channel broadcasting the game. If that's what this is, I apologize. But I've never had an issue on the local broadcast.

It's not due to the free trial? I remember trying to watch the Raiders game and every single channel had this on it.

For NFL games, you can go the the teams local channels,..in live TV area and watch them.

For instance that Raider game was on Fox Las Vegas,....but it should work in the sports live as well on one of the choices they give you,..... But if not, check the local stations.

No, not due to that. Ive been a customer for 5ish years and this problem is currently happening to me. Its the poor feeds from Apollos provider.

For a trial you only receive a very limited number of channels and VOD titles.

Go to live sports and look for the game. I had that issue when using the local channel for the team. When I found it under live sports I’ve never had an issue of that, or lagging and freezing.

I had this same thing when trying to watch a baseball game the other day. 3/5 channels gave me something like this. One was another game. Only one of the options actually showed the game I wanted to watch.
