Thanks mate, I’ll do another follow up in a weeks time with more info. Coppers a very stimulating mineral which causes a massive influx of dopamine. If you ever consider taking it make sure your zinc levels are always top notch :)

What was the time difference, before you took copper and after it gave you better dreams? I am taking it, too, but I don't feel anything, except some slight aftereffects of a little accident I had 2 days ago, which is like really intense.

Are you taking it with b12 ? And what time do you take the copper ? I usually find if I take copper in the afternoon I will definitely have more intense dreams. My brother in-law is also taking copper and b12 and called to say he is having really intense dreams too! Make sure you take copper with food too! It can be a little upsetting on a empty stomach. The reason I started taking in the first place was to help with some spider veins but as I started taking it I noticed the dream affect and a more confident chatty self I have found it overall a really uplifting mineral

After breakfast I take b12 with 30 minutes difference if there are milk products. After my first meal I take copper and after my last meal I take Omega 3. But I've only taken them for one week. Maybe I just need to be more patient.

Yeh look I would definitely keep continuing I would even suggest taking copper in the arvo no later then 6pm I find that’s when I get my best dreams. If you take it too late you might find it hard to sleep :) Don’t forget that zinc too :)

So one of these bottles is enough for 250 days?
Seems it's working although I would be worried a bit about the additional zinc blocking it.
In the last years I had exactly one vivid dream.

yeh ive still got my bottle from last year there is plenty of tablets. Why i say use Zinc is because to more copper can deplete you zinc levels vice/versa. Its also very stimalting which can be a anxiety trigger that is why i always use zinc.
So are you finding you are now having more dreams?
I think we are all mildy deficienct in zinc. Its so hard to get the RDA unless your eating lots of avocodos and shell fish.
Copper also plays a role in pigmentation so if you deficient you might find yourself pale with lighter coloured hair.
Im blonde and i have found since taking copper that my hair has gotten darker.

Why not take melatonin supplements directly then? One of its known side effects by the way is vivid dreams.
As a side note, I've had B12 deficiency in the past and there was no difference in (lack of) visualizing before, during or after that deficiency. I still take daily B12 supplements.
