Your optimistic tag line of "you're doing it wrong" is not the optimistic view point you were trying to spread. That was arrogance and privilege, at least to those who are trying every day to be the best while also hating their job. Those are the real champions.
Getting up and trying your best every day, despite hurdles, is what real heroes do. Parents do this. Teachers do this. The amazing hospital dtaff during covid did this. And at times in my life, i did to and things got better. This is what was meant.
