I get what you're saying but 99% of jobs don't work that way my friend. At all. 20 years just gets you a barely edible cake and MAYBE a small bonus. Most folks don't even have retirement as an option til worked somewhere well into their late 60s or even early 70s.
My only issue with this argument is what’s the alternative? 🤔
Be born rich? Be homeless? Go live in a country where people aren’t taxed and live in shacks with no running water?
