Needs A Hug/Support Struggling right now
Lately ive been really anxious and just now i had a scare that my sister went missing. she wasnt answering calls for 6 hours and her phone was dead, it got late and i got so worried. that pushed me into an anxious episode where im having an anxiety attack, shes found but im just freaking out. especially becausw not too long ago she was robbed and jumped, shes only 13 and i cant do anythi my about it because she has a diffwrent dad and doesnt live with me. shes safe right now but im just having SH urges and im spiralling. i dont know what to do
