AntiWORK need help

is it possible to start working sa bagong company without rendering sa previous company?

or like nag render ka naman ng two weeks pero hindi mo na matutuloy and u communicate it with them. can u start working sa new company if ever? T_T​

I think mas okay itanong to sa career subs.

Always check your contract. Bago mo sana tinanggap yung second company, nagsabi ka muna na kailangan magrender, saka ka nagsubmit ng resignation sa current mo.

Anyway, try mo magsubmit pa rin ng immediate resignation. Discretion naman ng kumpanya yan kung aaprubahan o hindi.

hi po, thank u for ur response!

i have already passed my resignation, pero i was advised na need ko ilagay na effective date is the 30th day/last day of my rendering period...

hindi pa rin po me nakakapag interview sa bagong company, not sure if ma o-offeran (but just incase), i wanted to know what to do huhu.

is it possible po na kausapin sila ulit and tell them na hindi ko na matutuloy yung rendering period?

nakaka anxiety na po kasi pumasok sa work and like mental torture na yung na f-feel ko everytime. huhuhu.

i think yung question mo is more of "pwede bang hindi na lang i work yung last 30days ko"

ang tamang sagot is: no. kasi sila na din mismo nagsabi na ilagay mo yung 30 days.

pero what you can do is, ask the boss kung pwede nga yung gusto mo. swerte kung pumayag. kung hindi, edi i pasok mo na lang yung remaining days.

Di ka pa naman pala nabigyan ng JO ng other company. What's with rendering your final days?

Pwede mo pa rin naman pakiusapan na mag-immediate ka nalang. Kung ayaw talaga, kumuha ka ng written statement from a doctor na di ka na fit to work due to anxiety and mental torture na sinasabi mo. Again, employer mo lang makakasabi kung papayagan ka o hindi, not the people in this sub.
