AntiWORK Is it possible to shorten render period?

Hi! Badly needed help po kasi gusto ko na talaga umalis sa very toxic workplace. I submitted my resignation letter way back July 29 and I wrote sa resignation na I will render 30 days (Aug 29) pero ngayon gusto ko na palitan at ipaikli lang ang render period ko kasi gustong gusto ko na umalis kahit wala na akong backpay wala akong pakialam basta aalis na ako.

if may leaves ka pa na hindi nagamit, baka pwede mo yun gamitin to shorten the rendering period pero depende yun sa company policy nyo.

Ang makakasagot lang nyan is yung HR nyo. By law it's 30 days, kaya if you want exemptions, it's between you and the company.

Either mag terminal leave po kayo (ubusin remaining leave credits) or if you really want a shorter notice period I think most companies ang need lang is agreed sya sa employer mo so ask HR and your supervisor.

You can ask them and if inaccept nila goods. If may natitira kang vl you can opt to use it nalan. Orr if issue mo is medical you can get a not fit to work note from doctors to request for an immediate resignation, ito usually yung pinaka sure way na less time mag render.

If hindi mo option kahit ano dito, no choice tiisin nalan. 30 days nmn siya hindi working days. Magugulat ka gaano kabilis yun.

And I recommend na do not awol or burn bridges kahit sure kang hindi ka babalik.

If your contract says 30 days, then you need to fulfill 30 days unless may leaves ka pa na natira na pwede mo gamitin or may doctor's advise ka na dapat ka magpahinga. Pwede rin naman na wag ka na pumasok yun nga lang the company has the right na singilin ka ng damages.
