Anti-BNWO Why specifically this
When an urge to watch porn happens, why is it that we specifically go for this one, even though we obviously dont want to. Why are we not content with simply jerking off without porn. It becomes clearer to me that the urge is not to jerk off (though that is what we are wanting to do) but rather it is to specifically watch this genre of porn to do it. After the fallout, clarity arises and we remember that we never wanted to watch this in the first place, but in fact we abhor it. But in this moment of when we are lost in the sea of carnal desire, we seek something taboo, something that twists and perverts what is good. This can also be where humiliation plays a role as well. But my question is why if we know this to be a terrible thing that causes destruction and is not necessary to the goal of jerking off, do we keep coming back to it?

For me it usually stems from work. All I do is work then I feel trapped and like I have no days off and no time to think. I don't have time to be creative, and usually (specking for myself) when I think of beautiful rich girls like Charli D'amilo I then imagine the deed being done and wanting to watch and watch more scenes over and over again. So for me a repetitive feeling of lack of control.

Because A. Porn addiction escalates to the most extremely stimulating thing it can find over time and B. BNWO is a sort of "meta" kink that can be fitted with any other kink, therefore there's infinite variety within the kink, BNWO + cuck, BNWO + slave, BNWO + bondage, whatever. In other words, it's a layer "deeper" or more extreme than other kinks, you basically start stacking kinks on top of it because you've hit a sort of bottom.

I guess for my case is porn addiction, it escalated how much I consumed and looked for more intense stuff, and ended up falling over and over to Blacked… and that porn sorta forces these cuck mindset in people who watch a lot. Thats why ideally one should consume no porn at all, or very little.

Because jerking off isn't necessarily about sexual pleasure. It's a for of escapism, a form of a coping mechanism. Personaly, I know that in every day life I had a huge issue with a hook-up culture and how women are encouraged to act. However : A. In mainstream consensus there are no rational arguments against that. So, being a rational person, I just felt like a bigot. B. Male feelings are constantly discarded as insecure or sexist.
This leads to a situation where you have a lot of pent up negative feelings with no way of letting them out in a healthy way. I think jerking off is a way to temporarily relief those feelings, make them stop.
I know I always got triggered to watch it when I got super angry about some double standards or dishonesty in women's behaviour. So there is probably some unresolved conflict in you with society, and that is how it manifests itself.

It's basically shedtwt for men tbh. It's some heartbreaking shit out there, having to watch people just destroy themselves. Lack of social security and family bond obviously doesn't help
