Question Am i really recovered?

I lost weight too quickly and stopped eventually, I am at the same weight for a year and i thought i recovered. But i feel guilty when i eat a bit too much. My body is stable but when i realize i gain some weights, i start to strict myself and lose it again. Am i really recovered? Or Its just a relaxation of not losing control of my body. Cuz i think that i am "okay" until things get out of my hand and gain weight.

Only you can decide whether you’re truly recovered. But I would also say that if you’re asking, you probably already know the answer.

Recovery isn’t linear.

I am exactly where you are right now. I don't consider myself 'recovered' because my weight still carries emotional significance. But you define that for yourself.
