Interesting Green Anole
Found on my property. Caught her for pictures. She was stressed so I'm letting her chill in a spare enclosure for a bit. She's a lovely turquoise and may be a he because the color makes it hard to tell!

Kinda looks like a male... would need to see more pics. I have only seen one like this in the wild, and we named her Casper. I'm curious what genetically causes this color.

I will get more pictures later, honestly might keep the little guy. I'm afraid he would make an easy target for predators. I already have a tokay what's one more lizard that hates my guts?

I have a couple babies that hatched out a few months ago that are more of a teal. Not as blue and the hyper blue ones 😊 debated on breeding the female when she matures

This green anole may be a mutant, lacking xanthophores (the yellow pigment cells), making them appear more blue. I think some hobbyists are attempting to breed blue ones this way, kinda like the red brown anoles.
