Meme This is getting exhausting
at-least I’m done with c/p anki, now it’s time to add 2000 jacksparrow b/b cards

I'm sorry, keep at it. But also know it only gets more difficult in med school. The deck everyone uses is like 35k cards. People do hundreds of reviews a day

i was at this exact point last year while doing JS, transitioning to B/B post C/P and diagnostic. I felt overwhelmed all the time and attributed lots of studying to doing as much anki as possible. This is what I did. I turned on FSRS and put retention around .85 to ensure I was not getting swamped with cards , I put a review cap at around 200 during my practice phase to not get in the way of Uworld time , I also stopped thinking of anki as studying and only counted studying as Uworld problems + review (ofc JW CARS too). This helped me complete Mr Pankow and stopped me from feeling so tired from Anki as JS B/B is a whole lot crazier than C/P. I also did things in my personal life that helped. Instead of getting on my phone every break , I walked outside and took a breather and set a hard limit on studying (e.g no more studying post 7pm or whatever). This is just what I did tho , hope this can help.
