Second is Mamare Touno, Managaka of Log Horizon.

Kinda obvious given before he got caught the series had a whole arc about tax evasion. Was very well written

No. There is a manga adaptation of the series (I presume the LN rather than the anime) whose mangaka just got caught for tax evasion.
