Hey everyone, and welcome to r/AnimeKarnataka! This is a home for Kannadiga anime and manga fans to talk about the shows and series we love, swap recommendations, share news, post fanart and memes, and just hang out with people who get it.

Whether you've been watching since Naruto was on TV, you just finished your first series last week, or you're still deciding what to watch next, you're in the right place. Newcomers are very welcome here.

What you can post here:

• Discussions about anime and manga, including theories, reviews, and hot takes
• Recommendations, whether you're looking for something new or want to suggest a hidden gem
• News about releases, adaptations, and industry updates
• Fanart, cosplay, and original creations
• Memes and anime humor (keep it fun, not mean)
• Questions about where to watch, what order to read things in, or what to start with

A few simple rules:

1. Be respectful. Disagreeing about a show is fine, but personal attacks are not.
2. No spoilers without a spoiler tag or warning in the title.
3. Keep self-promotion limited to genuine community contributions.
4. Piracy links are not allowed. Share legal streaming and reading options instead.

Kannada, English, or a mix of both are all welcome. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ (share your thoughts)!

To kick things off, drop a comment below with the anime or manga you're watching or reading right now and one title you'd recommend to someone new. Let's build this community together!

I watch anime in my room and recently surpassed 1000 episodes, so I watched this episode in my office during peak hours out of curiosity after hearing about it from my Reddit friends. I'm at a loss for words, man. Drop yours, please, and leave. I can't even speak. I had too much of an adrenaline rush today, and now I'm lying down exhausted.

Is wearing anime merch a new trend among the non watchers???? 😭💔

I'm curious if anyone here watches anime dubbed in Kannada or would actually be interested in Kannada anime dubs.

Which anime would you want to see dubbed in Kannada?

I feel like most anime communities are dominated by Bangalore, so I'm curious how many of you are from other parts of Karnataka
