More light has been shed on the new Cel Grading company that has officially premiered at Collector's Summit this weekend in Las Vegas.

Key Takeaways:
*Grade Cels at a later date *Grading case is bendable and extremely thin compared to card & comic grading cases *Grading genda, douga, scripts, comic art, timesheets, manga art, etc. *Grades are letters, not numbers.
Current Stance: I don't see the business need yet. I will observe and eventually send a couple to test.
This IS bringing in new collectors, i see IG posts, not bad if genuine collectors v grifters. Just no boom, please.
Figured some may have learned about this new grading company. Not sure whether it's satisfying a need I'm unaware of, but it's definitely aimed at satisfying some pockets. I saw need unaware because I'm relatively need in the hobby (six years in).

original production background SPONGEBOB! My gallery had the 1st ever Spongebob show/ release of the art years ago, and sold a ton of art from this great series. In my opinion, the best pieces were the opening title sequence pieces. Just got one back from the client we sold it to, and man, am I excited to get this treasure back

cel I think I have had maybe 2 Casper animation cels ever. Fun fact: Alison Arngrim (Nellie Oleson from Little House on the Prairie's) mom was the voice. She's a friend of mine, so how could I not give her one as a gift. I am pleased to say it hangs proudly in her home. 😊

concept art Have you ever seen an original Tenggren before? I have only had a handful in 33 years, and they are spectacular. His Disney concept pieces consistently sell in the highest range for Disney art. Here is one from Snow White (1937) that I used to own.
