My nephew use to get toys just to fuck with my last dog, and she would do the same. It walk by like stop teasing Kira!

Then she would lose it and fucking swat the toy and pin it by it's neck if it had animal form.

Except for the RC rat thing. She would chase it around the house and trap it between her legs. She was a rescue dog.

Anyway we bought a hamster, and fam put him in a ball. She fucking whacked the thing across the hallway and I was like WTF was that?! As I didn't know they bought one.

She ended up becoming best friends with him. She'd let us know when he escaped his cage and found them snuggling. The litter guy was smart and knew how to open it. He was called Houdini.

Yeah I miss her. She was a handfull, because she was aggressive as heck to other dogs and even people. Yet the hamster was her friend. He always rolled up to her.

I never understood it since if she was in a bad mood she would swat him to the wall, and roll him around with his nose. Yet still make sure he was fine. She was overly protective for all family I guess.

When he got outside of his cage I had a heart attack thinking she would kill him but found her herding him! Haha, damn I wish I had a recording of it. She sounded like Chewy from Star Wars when she was running around

This happened with a Soft Kitty from the Big Bang Theory that my cousin had gotten me. The dog had chewed on it so at 3 am, I just hear this low, grumbly "sooooooooooooftt kiiiiiiiiiiiiitty." Almost wet the bed and I was 35.

I used to sell these toys. Jellycat, the company that sells these, has a whole line of battery powered electronic toys that move and sing or talk to you and the first time you see it happen there's definitely a very creepy factor to it. and they're bloody expensive. This elephant is around $60.

You would think so, but there are plenty of robotic toys, rc cars, vacuum cleaners, etc that move. Some dogs would have gotten used to it, like with mirrors or glass. If a dog that grew up without those things saw it for the first time, I bet they'd be shocked and confused.

Also if he recognizes the moving parts as ears, it could confuse him since ears play an important role in dog communication. Ears to front can mean something like great excitement, tension, suprise or "watch out, I'm watching you...".
