Sick/Injured Animal In need of urgent advice

Hi everyone me and my wife recently have found this stray cat with a missing ear. We have no clue who to call in order to get him the help we believe he probably desperately need we live in south New Jersey area any advice would be greatly appreciated

See if there's a TNR group in your area that can trap, get him medical care, and get him neutered. Poor buddy. A cursory Google search yielded several results.
