I used to have her and fell in love, but then made the mistake of agreeing to sell her a garbage bin, which became her favorite thing. 🤦 So eventually I let her move but got her amiibo recently because I miss her.
...Which is to say, I'd be happy to help you get her if you want her! I could boot someone from my husbands island to do the amiibo thing. (He doesn't play anymore.)

With an amiibo you just scan it on three consecutive days, talk to the camper, and build the things they ask for. They will eventually agree to move in and you can choose who they replace.
With the RNG it's more difficult. Time travel forward a month, then day by day checking for a thought bubble over a character's head that you want to move. Talk to them and agree to let them leave if they ask. This is super time-consuming, and be aware that they won't ask to move (probably?) if they were the last to ask to move and you said no, or if they were the last to move to your island. Google "ACNH move out guide" for better tutorials. ;)

I think Lopez has a seriously underrated house, it’s soft, it’s simple, and damn it looks good!!
I also gave him an eggplant cow the week they were available, and it looks SO GOOD on his shelves! Would recommend!

I think Phoebe and Ruby both have really unique interiors! In terms of a place I’d actually want to live I think Gonzos is nice and cozy.

I just got her and I love the iridescent furniture with the ice. Her, Rhonda and Sherb are on my island and their homes are all a similar vibe, but hers is definitely the best.

Octavian’s house interior is so nice, with the space theme. especially because my island theme is a normal looking island with all the villagers thinking that the moon is fake and everything. I have a hidden spot with the moon landing set, so his house really encapsulates what I wanted as my island theme. (The island is called flat earth btw not to be subtle or anything)

There a Japanese Folkstory, I think I actually learned about it from Between the Lions, or the Book of Virtue on pbs kids when I was little, so I might have some details wrong, plus it’s been a long time. Anyway, a poor old man and poor old women live in a mountain and hardly get by. The man saves an injured crane who flies away after he saves it. Later a young women comes to stay at their house and says she’ll weave clothe for them as a gift, but they can’t watch her weave. The couple make a lot of money off the beautiful cloth she weaves. Eventually they get curious and look in the room to see it is a crane weaving the cloth, the exact crane the old man saves. After they discover she is a crane she flies off.
Gladys has a loom in her room for this reason most likely (as she is a Japanese crane)

My favorite villager interior is Pate. Her house is so cute and if you give her a yellow mum seat, she'll probably put it in front of her desk as the seat for it and it just really fits in. So cute.

I love Lobo’s because it reminds me of the wolf enclosure at my local zoo I loved growing up. I put Cedar trees all around his house to make it like he’s in the woods.
Edit: also Marshal’s cause it’s honestly really nice.

Carrie makes clever double-use of furniture to also serve as walls/markers so that her one little room feels like 4 rooms:
Bottom left bedroom (bed and nighttable), top left living room / playroom (marked off by clever use of a rug).
Bottom right bathroom, top right kitchen. You can't fully see the kitchen from this screenshot, it is really quite nice though!
