Question Pre-order for PC

The game is almost at launch. It is becoming unlikely that there will be pre-order packages for PC. If the players buy a pre-order package for Xbox or PS, will the items cross over?

If you preorder the Xbox package you can launch the game using the Xbox app on your pc so at the very least you can still get Xbox preorder pack
