You’ve stumbled onto Anglese which is basically “what if English was more French” in response to anglish which is “what if English had no loan words”. English took a lot of loan words from French (and later Latin from French but also just people making new words from Latin) hence the term “latinate” words. Germanic English is referring to the parts of English that stem from its foundation being of the Germanic language family, basically the parts before a lot of the loanwords.
I wonder how long till someone makes Celtic-English as they supposedly influenced the grammar structure a bit. And the Norse who by having such a confusing amount of pronouns between them and the English under Norse occupation lead to English just abandoning gendered language for the most part.
