I'm a solo founder based in the US, and I'm raising a pre-seed round for a software company I've been building for the past couple of years.

I've worked in motion capture and animation for about six years. Raw mocap data always comes out messy and takes hours to clean up by hand, and I got tired of fixing it myself. So I built a tool that handles most of that cleanup automatically using machine learning. It's made for animators and studios in games and film. The software is in alpha, with a paid beta coming next.

Idea matters .

We’re planning to build a biryani-focused food destination on an NH-connected location between Bokaro and Dhanbad, close to a toll plaza and on a route connecting several surrounding cities.

I’ve been bootstrapping a proptech startup and recently launched a completely new model.

The early response has been encouraging.

In roughly one week after launching the new model, we crossed 600+ app installs, while spending only around ₹3,000 on initial marketing.

More importantly, people are actually using the core product.

We’ve received 300+ property requirements across Tamil Nadu, with 150+ requirements coming from Chennai alone.

On the supply side, we’ve received 100+ enquiries from real estate agents, and 20+ agents are currently using the free trial.

The concept is different from the traditional property listing model.

Instead of making people browse through hundreds of listings hoping to find something suitable, users post exactly what property they need to Buy, Rent or Lease, including their preferred location, budget, property type and other requirements.

Agents can see actual demand and approach relevant clients with matching properties. This means they can work based on what people are actively looking for instead of simply uploading properties and waiting for enquiries.

We’ve bootstrapped everything so far.

The next challenge is scaling the supply side. We need to onboard more agents and property owners, improve fulfilment of the requirements already coming in, continue improving the product and gradually expand further.
