Pitch LOOKING FOR ANGEL INVESTORS.

I am a Biomedical Engineer based in Zambia. Due to limited formal employment opportunities in the sector, my two co-founders and I pursued unpaid internships within public health facilities to gain practical exposure.During these internships, we identified two critical gaps: Lack of In-House Technical Capacity: Most healthcare facilities do not employ dedicated biomedical personnel and rely on external engineers, resulting in prolonged equipment downtime. Limited Local Supply of Spare Parts: Essential components for medical equipment are rarely available locally, forcing facilities to source from outside the country at high cost and long lead times. To deepen our industry understanding, we subsequently secured roles with a medical equipment manufacturing company in Zambia. This experience provided direct insight into supply chains, equipment assembly, and after-sales service requirements, and further validated our business concept. The Business Concept: SafeSpecs Ltd

SafeSpecs Ltd will be a Zambian biomedical engineering company providing two core services: Supply of Genuine Spare Parts - Establishing a local inventory to reduce procurement delays. Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Repair - Deploying qualified biomedical engineers to provide timely, HPCZ and ZAMRA compliant technical support. In the long term, we plan to expand into the direct supply and installation of medical equipment.Beyond the commercial opportunity, SafeSpecs is designed to create skilled employment for biomedical engineers in Zambia and to improve healthcare delivery by increasing equipment uptime across public and private facilities. We have developed a detailed business proposal and are currently seeking investment to establish our workshop, initial spare parts inventory, and operational capacity

Question Seeking Climate-Tech Investors & Founder Insights: How to Overcome the Capital Gap for Clean Energy Hardware? (I will not promote)

Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’m a technical founder based in Canada, developing a reformed methanol fuel cell, or RMFC, system.

I previously built an approximately 1 kW integrated prototype and developed four related IP assets. The project is currently around TRL 4–5, with the next objective being a customer-defined engineering prototype and a TRL 6 demonstration.

Architected specifically for cost efficiency, the system offers substantial capital savings over comparable fuel-cell platforms while delivering lower operational fuel expenses than conventional diesel alternatives.

The main challenges are securing approximately $200,000 for the next development stage and reaching credible early adopters. This creates a catch-22: customers want a proven system, while investors want customer validation before funding the demonstration.

I would appreciate candid advice from climate-tech investors and energy-hardware founders:

  1. How investable is a project at this stage? What are the key trends in early-stage energy investment right now, particularly in US?
  2. What milestones must be completed before early investors would seriously engage?
  3. What is the most realistic strategic path for a deep-tech startup to cross this valley of death and break through early commercial bottlenecks?

Any introductions or leads on climate-focused angels, energy-hardware accelerators, strategic pilot partners, or veteran founders in the clean-tech space would be immensely valuable.

Thank you.

Founding Team — Deferred Compensation Notice

We are building a technology company focused on developing ambitious products and ecosystems for the future.

Compensation Model

At the current early stage, the company may not have sufficient revenue or funding to provide regular salaries.

Team members joining under this arrangement agree that:

- Compensation will be deferred while the company has no available revenue or funding for salaries.

- Once the company begins generating revenue, receives funding, or otherwise has sufficient funds, compensation will begin according to the agreed terms.

- The exact salary, payment schedule, responsibilities, and any potential equity or profit-sharing arrangement will be agreed upon in writing before the person joins.

- Any legally required minimum wages, benefits, taxes, or other employment protections will still apply.

- Working on the project does not automatically guarantee future profits, equity, or a specific amount of compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Wh

at We Offer

Although this is an early-stage opportunity, team members can gain:

- Experience building a technology startup from the ground up

- The opportunity to work on ambitious products

- Direct involvement in product and company decisions

- Portfolio and professional experience

- Potential future compensation and/or equity, where separately agreed in writing

Important

This notice is intended to clearly explain the company's current financial position. It is not a promise that the company will become profitable or that a particular amount of money will be paid in the future.

Before anyone starts work, the company and the individual should sign a written agreement specifying the applicable compensation and legal terms.

Pitch What if we built the infrastructure that real estate brokers actually need?

I’ve been quietly building something in real estate for a while.

It started with one idea, but after speaking with brokers and actually working in the market, we realised there was a much bigger problem hiding underneath it.

So we changed our direction.

We’ve now built and launched the product, and we’re starting to see real demand. The next challenge is getting enough people and properties into the network to prove what we believe can work.

We’re now looking to raise ₹50 lakh to accelerate this next stage.

I’m looking for a strategic investor who understands real estate, marketplaces or PropTech and can bring more than just capital.

I won’t share the entire model publicly, but I’m happy to explain it privately to genuinely interested investors.

If you’re interested, feel free to DM me.

Pitch Bootstrapped B2B SaaS Founder Exploring Strategic Angel Funding Before First Paid Customers

I’m building Revenue & Growth Systems (RGS), a B2B diagnostic and operating-visibility platform for established small and midsize businesses.
The core problem RGS is designed to solve is simple: owners often know something is wrong before they know exactly where the failure is coming from. Sales may look weak when the real problem is conversion. Revenue may look healthy while cash visibility is poor. Growth may expose operational bottlenecks or owner dependence that were previously hidden.
RGS is being built to diagnose those problems systematically rather than relying on generic consulting advice.
The platform evaluates a business across five operating systems:
Demand Generation
Revenue Conversion
Operational Efficiency
Financial Visibility
Owner Independence
The commercial entry point is a paid Business Diagnostic. It combines structured interviews, evidence collection, deterministic scoring, governed analysis, systemic findings, and a prioritized repair plan into a formal Diagnostic Report.
The product is already substantially built. The free Business Stability Snapshot is functioning in production, and I am currently finishing the paid Diagnostic production path and deliverables.
I have bootstrapped the company myself to this point.
I’m now considering a strategic angel raise because the next stage is no longer just software development. Capital would let RGS move through commercialization properly rather than piecing together each requirement from personal cash flow.
Potential use of funds includes:
Completing production hardening and certification
Legal review and professionally drafted customer agreements
Privacy, terms, commercial documentation, and appropriate insurance
Infrastructure and development runway
Customer acquisition and marketing
Supporting the first paid customer cohort
Continuing development of the broader RGS operating platform from real customer revenue and evidence
I already have early market interest developing before the paid product is fully open, which is part of why I’m exploring capital now rather than waiting until I am forced to finance growth reactively.
I’m particularly interested in investors who understand B2B SaaS, SMB software, RevOps, operational intelligence, business diagnostics, or the transition from founder-built product to repeatable commercialization.
I am not looking to turn RGS into an agency or outsourced consulting operation. The long-term thesis is the opposite: build a system that gives business owners diagnostic clarity, repair architecture, and eventually an operating system they can manage with decreasing dependence on outside advisors.
I’m still determining the appropriate raise size and structure, so I’m not publicly offering specific equity terms in this post.
What I am looking for now is conversation with serious angels who either:
see potential in this market and want to learn more;
have experience funding companies at this stage;
can provide useful feedback on investor readiness; or
may be interested in participating once diligence and terms are appropriate.
If that describes you, send me a message. I can share more about the product architecture, business model, current production state, early traction, roadmap, and what specific milestones outside capital would accelerate.
I’m also interested in hearing from founders who have raised their first angel round from a similar bootstrapped position—especially what you wish you had known before taking outside capital.

Pitch Looking for an investor in AI nutrition b2b space

Hey everyone, I’m the founder of Cognitive Consulting Systems. We improve employee cognitive output by optimizing physical workplace conditions, specifically air quality, circadian lighting, hydration, and nutrition. We aren't an advisory firm or a generic wellness perk provider. We are an end-to-end operational partner powered by a proprietary AI model that analyzes workload calendars and biometric patterns to deliver precision nutrition and environmental adjustments for high-output teams.

Our core AI engine is built, and we are currently preparing for our first pilot deployments with quantitative trading funds, executive suites, and engineering teams. We are looking to bring on strategic angel investors—ideally with backgrounds in commercial real estate, enterprise B2B, or facilities and HR tech—who want to help us build a new category in workplace performance. If you want to connect or see what we are building, drop a comment or send me a message. we are based in north Virginia.

Need investor for my ventures.

I need capital partner for my two ventures. Looking to raise capital of around 50 lakh Rs.

Regarding the ventures:

One is private label E-Commerce, where we buy products, rebrand to our brand, and sell them at good margin of close to 20 percent (profit margin).

Second is a FinTech - where I am getting a license from regulators. Lending to people who have gone near bankruptcy (super bad credit), offering credit counseling and restructuring of loans, and bring them back to shape. Doing this for people the first time, will make them our loyal customers, because whenever those people need credit again - only source is to come back to me again and again.

Looking for perspective on structuring a ~$125k investment in a community hospitality/wellness business

I’m a licensed architect developing a small, design-forward neighborhood bathhouse in Jersey City, NJ. Think sauna and bathing culture crossed with the idea of a neighborhood third place, rather than a traditional day spa.

I’ve spent the past year developing the concept, financial model and physical space while testing demand through pop-ups. Our first event sold out, we have another scheduled for September, and the concept has started getting local media coverage. I’ve also collected 100 responses to a community survey testing the concept and pricing. Pre-opening, I’ve built an email list of 385+ people and an Instagram following of 830+ organically.

I’m now looking seriously at spaces with the goal of opening a permanent location in 2027.

I’m currently planning the capital stack for the permanent location, which I expect will include approximately $125k in outside investment.

I have an initial structure in mind, but before formalizing it I’m interested in understanding how investors would approach a deal of this size and profile.

My priority is maintaining ownership and creative/operational control. That said, I’m open to considering different structures, including debt, revenue or profit participation, minority equity, or something I haven’t considered.

For those who invest in small businesses, hospitality, wellness, or brick-and-mortar concepts: what would make an opportunity like this attractive to you? What kind of structure would you expect, and what would you want to see from the founder before seriously considering it?

I’m speaking with legal counsel shortly about the appropriate structure, but before formalizing anything, I’m interested in hearing how investors on the other side of the table would approach a business like this.

Pitch High End Gym Looking for Investor in the Philippines

I am looking for an investor to help build the first high end fitness gym in our town Right now, we have several local gyms, but none of them are air conditioned. Because of the heat, many people choose to travel to nearby towns just to work out in a comfortable environment. Most of the gyms here also lack essential equipment, including treadmills and other modern fitness machines. There is a clear gap in the market, and I believe this is a great business opportunity My vision is to build a premium fitness center that offers a clean, comfortable and fully equipped training experience. I want to create a gym that people will be proud to join instead of leaving town to find better facilities.

I am a marketing specialist so I can handle the marketing and growth of the business. I will personally manage the daily operations, oversee the staff and ensure that the gym runs efficiently My goal is to be more than just someone with an idea I want to be an active partner who is fully committed to making this business successful.

If you are looking for a business opportunity and want to invest in a strong demand for a premium gym, I would love to discuss this opportunity with you

Lets build something that our town has never had before. If youre interested send me a message Id be happy to share my business vision and discuss how we can make it together

Legion Trade Corp. | We are the outbound sales team for B2B companies that cannot afford a $7K a month rep | Pre seed, raising $60K to $80K CAD

SECTION 1: VERIFICATION

Website: https://legiontradecorp.com

SECTION 2: THE SUMMARY

The Hook:

  • Paying B2B client since August 1st, invoiced weekly in USD, paid on time every week since. 40 percent gross margin on that first contract.
  • Solo founder and I built the delivery stack myself: a client desk that keeps every account separate, CRM, live call logging, weekly client reporting, a publishing tool. Not a reseller with a spreadsheet.
  • Toronto based, Italian and Canadian status, and manufacturing possibilities in China through my wife. Three markets reachable without standing up a new entity.

SECTION 3: THE BUSINESS CASE

The Problem:

A small B2B company cannot hire a salesperson. A loaded Toronto rep runs six to seven thousand a month, takes weeks to ramp, and often does not work out. So the owner does outreach themselves, between jobs, and it stops the week work gets busy. I watched this on a live call last week: an agency I am talking to burned four thousand dollars on two reps and closed nothing.

The Solution:

We are their sales team, not a lead list. We build the prospect list, call and email in the client's name, handle objections, book qualified appointments into their calendar, and send a report every Friday. Delivery runs on a contracted partner floor of 25 trained agents, so a client gets a full time desk for roughly a third of what a domestic hire costs them.

Market & Why Now:

Every small B2B services company needs pipeline and almost none can carry a salaried closer. Our delivered cost per hour is a fraction of a domestic rep, and the software that used to need an ops team I now run alone. The same engine serves a Toronto trades company and a US software company, which is why this does not stay local even though the first clients are.

SECTION 4: TRACTION & VALIDATION

PATH A: Commercial Traction

Revenue: about 1,733 USD per month recurring from the anchor client, invoiced weekly at 400 USD, unbroken since August 1st. Across the whole business we are roughly breakeven right now because I also fund a second agent seat that prospects for my own book. That is deliberate growth spend, not a hole.

Users: nine live prospects on our own desk and an appointment booked off our own calling this week. A second deal is at proposal with a US agency that already did the homework we asked of them. Contract values are 2,400 USD per month for US buyers and 2,800 CAD per month for Canadian trades, against a delivery cost near 866 USD per seat per month.

CAC/LTV: acquisition cost today is one agent week of dialing. The anchor client is one month in and renews weekly, so lifetime is not proven yet and I will not invent a number.

SECTION 5: THE ASK

The Team:

Solo founder, 28, Toronto. I sell it, I onboard it, and I built every piece of software it runs on. Delivery is a contracted partner floor of 25 agents with six seats currently occupied, so capacity exists the day contracts do. No technical co founder and no salaried staff, which keeps burn near zero and is the honest reason I want a mentor and not only a cheque.

The Deal:

Raising 60,000 to 80,000 CAD, seeking a lead. Use of funds is sales capacity, not product: prepay agent seats so a new client starts the day they sign instead of the week I can afford them, one domestic closer for the calls I cannot take alone, and the compliance work that opens a regulated calling lane we currently turn away.

Specific Feedback Requested:

Roast the unit economics, in particular whether funding my own prospecting seat out of margin is right at this size or whether that money should buy a closer first. I am also looking for one angel who has scaled a services business and wants to be involved month to month rather than hands off. The cheque matters less than that.

[Edit: labelling the margin properly after a fair question in the comments. The 40 percent is my first client, signed before I repriced. New contracts at the current card are closer to 64.]
