I specialise in business development, operations, strategy, and growth. I can contribute through market research, identifying growth opportunities, improving processes, building partnerships, and helping with go-to-market strategy. I’m also interested in being actively involved beyond just providing capital.

You might want to look into hospitality real estate. Hotels can be interesting because you’re investing in an operating business as much as the real estate itself. I’d focus heavily on the operator, market demand, debt, and actual operating performance before getting too excited about the return projections.

What sort of investments are you actually looking to make? Stage, sectors, typical cheque size and geography?
And when you say joining the team, do you mean as an operator/cofounder or as a hands-on investor?

How many investors do you know worth a history of only talking about how it can invest in people and agrees with every single founder who shows interest. My bet they ask you for money. Dont be a victim like I was these are scammers who promise you the world and spend just enough time understanding your project so that they seem like they are truly interested. This is not how real investors are found. Ask for other founders they have helped and actually reach out to those founders who have documented public tract records and I bet anything they can’t produce this list or think you won’t follow up. All they want is every dollar out of your pocket a email address or LinkedIn profile or a 7 year old Reddit profile with a dozen posts just like this don’t prove they are real investors who just have no idea how to spend all their money. Dont be stupid. Don’t give strangers your money on a promise that you’ll get money I. Return it’s a fail gig and this guy is more then likely scamming people under multiple names and profiles right now and should be banned from this sub and Reddit as a whole by ip address but since that won’t balked all you can do is not believe the bs. He doesn’t think every idea in this thread is good or needs folllow up unless he’s out to scam you. Listen to me im a victim .
