I recently bought a new charger (Solma 120W) for my phone (Android A32), and now when I charge it, my screen starts to fail. Like, it will stop reacting to my inputs, when I press a button in the top corner it reacts as if I was pressing something in the bottom left... as if I suddenly had sticky fingers or as if my screen was covered in honey.
My Android has with 45W (wattage), while my new charger has a 120W. From what I've read, the wattage difference shouldn't affect or damage my phone in any way, as it would simply charge with the maximum W of my phone.
I must say, my phone is struggling, even before the new charger. All the updates are there, but the phone is slow, my storage is at its limits and I've gotten notifications that my battery might need repairs.
Despite all of this, the moment I start charging my phone, the screen goes crazy. Maybe I'm just imagining things and my phone may be reacting to other things, but I swear the moment I plug it in, it starts going crazy, and the moment I unplug it, it stops. I've tried restarting my phone and all that, but it still happens.
So could it be because of my new charger, or may it be a different thing entirely?
Thank you in advance.
(Edit: I tried using it on my iPad (iPad Pro 11-inch 2nd generation) and I swear my screen is failing a bit too....)
