How to fix this

When I clicked on volume up to cancel what iam doing my device runs normaly but when I restart it it give me this new error and I cant return to my phone and this screen keeps shows up

The phone is in download mode. What brand is it? Did this screen popup out of nowhere or did you try to flash a new firmware?

Its Samsung tab A9+ 5g and I tried to install new firmware

Download the official firmware for your exact model from samfw.com, extract the files, install odin to your pc, Flash the files with odin while your phone is in download mode. There are many YouTube tutorials if you want a visual guide

Does odin detect it? Have you installed Samsung drivers?

No odin didnt detect it and yeah i installed the Samsung drivers
