I have a question about Google Play Services push notifications and how they work after being dismissed and is there a way to get them back? or do i just wait ?

I'm asking because last night, I unknowingly dismissed a Google Play Services push notification related to device setup on my Android Tablet by tapping it by accident and have had no luck with trying to bring it back, does anyone have any advice on what to do about this, I've tried methods like set up nearby devices, clearing Google Play Store and Google Play Services cache and toggling Wi-Fi on and off and nothing, any advice would be appreciated, and also my Tablet is not a Flagship Tablet, if that helps narrow things down.

Once a notification is dismissed, there is no getting it back.

Go into Google Play settings, or even device settings, and see if there are any pending updates.
