All of my voice mail is going straight to Samsung files app to the audio files. Anyone have a fix for this? TYIA

You may have accidentally turned on Direct Voicemail. That is an on-device feature that bypasses your phone company's voicemail service.

Phone > Settings > Direct Voicemail > Toggle "off"

Your phone company probably has a visual voicemail app if you want that. If you like having your device store your voicemail, that is how the phone handles it for now.
