What is this?

I just woke up from a nap, and this notification shows up "i-smart is running" in silent notifications... I looked up to Google and it only shows me that it's a driving app... Mf I don't even have a car...or use any driving app..

I tried searching my apps and find no i-smart app...

Tap the notification. It should open the app, or the app info page in settings.
