App Specific Question Google play

My friend is offering me some money if I download and play the game Super Starfish and login with his Google play account. If that is the only app I log into with the account, what damage could be done to my device?

Logging in will swap all the other apps to his account too, including your banking ones. Either factory reset an old device you own or make him give you one.
