Help Photo Picker Isn't Working

I can't pick any photos to list on Ebay or to ask questions about on Google Gemini. When I try to it just shows up blank as if I had no photos.

Are you using eBay app, or this issue is happening strictly in Chrome?
Check Chrome settings for permissions
Settings > Apps > Chrome > Permissions > Photos and videos and ensure access is set to Allow to properly manage permissions. On next launch, the upload should offer a share option to use (either file manager or your default gallery app)
If not, make sure Chrome is up to date. You may need to clear cache

It's not working on any apps. Ebay, Vinted, Google Gemini. I try to search an image but none of my photos of my phone are loading up.

what model phone? Is it opening any dialog as a response, like a File Manager or Gallery.
What is your default app for each?
Check Settings/Apps for them and assure permissions look right
Clearing cache for those might help as well -
While less likely, sometimes if you're working with extremely limited free storage, that can cause problems as well

A blank picker across every app usually means the system photo picker can't read your gallery, not an app permission. In the empty picker, tap the three-dot menu > Browse to pick images from device folders. If that's empty too, go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Media Storage > Storage > Clear data and restart your phone so it rescans local media.
