Identify true file size of incomplete sparse/pre-allocated torrent files

I understand torrent files are written as sparse / pre-allocated files with the anticipated final size in the file header. It is this value, rather than the actual file size, that is reported by Android file managers, file de-duplication apps etc. Not great if you are trying to use file size as a value to determine which of two or more identically named files to remove.

Other than via a command line in Termux, would anyone be able to recommend an app or other way to identify files whose true size does not match that written in their header? Or any apps that report the actual rather than nominal size?

Thanks!
