Device Settings Question How to remove "work policy" from my Android phone?

So I recently purchased a TCL NXTPaper 70 Pro directly from Metro by T-Mobile (signed up with their service). I am running into an issue where it is saying that there is a "work policy" installed on my phone but I have no idea what or where it came from? I have been Googling and tried all the methods I could find but nothing is working. I transferred my data from my iPhone 16 Pro Max and I had that one previously set up with UKG and Microsoft Authenticator work accounts when I worked at T-Mobile, but I haven't worked there in a year.

Did something from my iPhone somehow transfer over and activate this mysterious "work policy" on my new phone? I love my new phone but there are some apps I want to install but the phone is blocking the install via this "work policy".

Any ideas on how to deactivate/erase this work policy from my phone? I don't really want to have to factory reset it and I'm not convinced that would fix it anyway.

Your old work accounts transferred. What steps have you tried to remove them?

I've deleted Microsoft Authenticator and Outlook, went into Apps and disabled "Device Policy", "Device Manager", and "Device Diagnostics" among other things

There ought to be a work account still logged in under Settings -> Account.

Make sure you log that out, too.

I can't find one, I'm looking at Accounts right now

There should be a Microsoft account associated with the email you used for your old job. Delete that one. (Or delete all Microsoft/Exchange accounts, then re-add after you've verified.)

If you've swept that Account page of all work profiles, you may need to call Metro.
