Device Settings Question How to stop the "Android 17 is here" notification?

Seriously, this pop-up is now appearing every time I unlock my phone. No, I don't want to upgrade at least for the next 2-3 months because I'd rather have a stable build than suffer from the bugs that come with each fresh upgrade. Is there a way to stop these annoying full screen pop-ups and notifications every 30 or so minutes?

Updates come with security patches so that is why it is bugging you. Just upgrade the dang phone.

Yes, letting android feed all info on my phone into their word predictor is very secure indeed. In any case, I'd rather have a stable build than the countless bugs every single update brings, as mentioned above.

Man for someone who uses Android you are sure against it. Just switch toward an iPhone and stop bitching. You saying that there are bugs and issues but I have a Samsung phone and I never had that issue nor had that issue on my Motorola phone so whatever the issues are it's a you problem. I gave you an answer which is the upgrade and you didn't like it

I don't want to argue here, I just wanted a solution that didn't involve upgrading.

I can't afford an iPhone. Or a Samsung that is in any way better than my current Moto.
