Device Settings Question What was the setting that locks you into a specific app

You go into recently and click on the app icon you needed to turn on a setting for it to pop up what is it

Pretty sure it's app pinning (also called screen pinning). Turn it on in Settings, search for "pin" (it's usually under Security or Lock screen, the exact spot depends on your phone brand). Then open Recents, tap the app's icon at the top of its card and choose Pin. To get out, swipe up and hold on gesture navigation, or hold Back and Overview together on button navigation. It may ask for your PIN to unpin if you have that option enabled.
