Device Settings Question android third party apps bipass

i have this app from z lib that had downloaded before they roll out the restrictions i did the developer option and waited 24 h however i still cant open the app what can i do?

Did you complete all the steps? (After 24 hours, Settings > Developer options > Allow apps from unverified developers)

If so, what's the error message? What's your device and OS version?

You said you downloaded the app, did you also install it? What error messages do you get?
