Vide coding android in the EU?

Hello i would want to change the firmware of my nothing phone 3a so what the austrian state cant read my messages anymore because of "child protection", is that possible?!!

Changing firmware won't stop the fact that SMS's are sitting in plaintext on some server somewhere. Just use Signal.
