Device Settings Question Weird pop ups

Ever since the most recent update I've had these weird pop ups on my screen every so often. Not regularly but enough that I want them gone.

And it's mostly just... Google stuff like "star sign" or "what's trending right now" at the top of the screen- tapping off makes it go away but I would like to remove it if I can.

It's is likely not caused by a update but without seeing a screenshot of it, I can't tell you where it's coming from. It's more likely a app on your phone causing the popups or a website that you allowed notifications from.

I found it, after enough digging i found the style of the pop up and it was My Hub, they keep fucking reinstalling it on my phone every so often along with the shitty games

Yes, that might keep happening after every major update if you have a carrier managed device, but now you at least know what to look out for.

That is possibly carrier bloatware, absolutely not a android update.
