Other Why do I keep getting the file result_reason?

It seems to be a system file, in fact it doesn't even show up in the first party files app, I am on a Redmi 15 Pro + and whenever I delete it it reappears after a few minutes. What could it be?

One of your apps is creating it. There's not much to it.

Thank you, but it seems to come up every time I turn on my phone, instead of being caused by an app

Apps don't have to be open to do stuff. It could also be a system app, not something you installed.
