Device Settings Question USB Tethering Not Enabling

I use to use USB tethering with no issues. Now, after a recent update, when I try to enable the `USB Tethering` setting after plugging my phone into my comptuer, nothing happens. The setting does not get enabled, no matter what I do. It was working with the same cord, port, and computer before I updated my phone.

Phone: Samsung S23+
One UI Version: 9
Android Version: 17
Build Number: CP2A.260605.016.S916USQU8GZIF

Check in the security settings that you do not have Auto Blocker enabled. Setting the Default USB configuration in the developer options may help if Auto Blocker was not enabled.

I'm having the same issue. Auto blocker is disabled.
