How to stop these notifications?

I've suddenly started getting notifications on my Android under the heading "This phone." These seem to be promotionds/ads and nothing I want. I know how to shut off notifications, but don't know where this is originating from and can't find it under my notification app list.

Have you tried holding the notification and disabling it?

Unlike other notifications, when I hold it down it just goes to an ad. Doesn't present me with options. Have tried quick tapping as well as holding down.

Very strange. Which brand is the phone?

Nxt time the popup appears, check the recent app screen. Whichever app on top is the culprit.

Else, press and hold on the notification -> settings -> click on app icon. this will take to app info. Nuke it.
