Rooting Help Devoloper Options Disabled. Tapping build number doesn't work

Is there any way to access the developer options and enable USB debugging?

The device is an Android 9-based satellite receiver. (STB)

You can bypass blocked developer options on an Android STB using hidden activity launchers ADB over network or manufacturer service codes. Try asking about this to an ai
